DO I NEED TO TEST A MATTRESS BEFORE I BUY IT?

Do not have to. You have the opportunity to give yourself the time for the product in the test phase before you decide for or against your product. But if you don't want to part with your bed the first night, you can simply keep it.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MATTRESS COVER?

We recommend our mattress covers at max. Wash 40 degrees in the gentle cycle of your washing machine and ideally let it air dry. You can also tumble dry it at a low temperature. We advise against allowing the mattress cover to dry too quickly too quickly. In order to enjoy your mattress cover for as long as possible, you should not bring it into the cleaning room.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE THE MATTRESS?

 

Yes. We want you to be happy with the mattress. That's why we take the risk and give you the opportunity to test our mattress for 30 nights. During this period you can exchange them - for a different size, for example. If you would like to exchange your mattress, please email us at kontakt@gustavhahn.de so that we can take care of the return of the mattress. As soon as it is back in our warehouse, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. You can simply order the new mattress online at any time as usual. However, please note that the 30-night test phase will not be renewed if the mattress is exchanged.

WHO WILL RETRIEVE MY MATTRESS IF I WANT TO RETURN IT?

 

If the mattress is not the right one for you, our customer service will organize collection by our logistics partner.
